Born in Osaka and later worked at various Chinese restaurants in Tokyo, including Hotel Montre's "Saiun" and Hilton Plaza's "Tobaya-rou." In 2013, I became independent and opened my own restaurant in Tenma, Osaka.

At my restaurant "Chinese TANAKA," I emphasize "healthy and delicious Chinese cuisine" without the use of chemical seasonings, as well as a selection of wines curated by a chef with sommelier qualifications.

Since 2018, I have been actively involved in catering services, moving my focus to this field.

One of the standout dishes at Chinese TANAKA is a refined and mild sweet and sour pork made with carefully selected Helou meat and three types of vinegar.

In the "Halal-Compliant Pure Course," we do not use any ingredients or seasonings that contain pork or alcohol (such as soy sauce, cooking sake, vinegar, white sugar, fermented seasonings like bean paste, etc.). Instead, we use Halal-compliant soy sauce, lemon juice, and cane sugar as substitutes. For beef and chicken, we carefully select those that have received Halal certification. All cooking utensils such as cutting boards, knives, and pots are dedicated to the Halal-compliant course.

 

Regarding plates, we can provide disposable plates specifically for the Halal-compliant course (additional charges may apply).
