After studying French cuisine and confectionery at a vocational school, I joined Hiramoto.

Gained experience in French and Italian restaurants and later served as a sous-chef.

Subsequently, I took on dual roles as the chef for Global Dining's French brand "Stellato" and Italian brand "Café La Bohème Shirokane".

Later on, I became the overseeing chef for 17 French and Italian restaurants.

Currently, I work as the sous-chef at the wood-fired French restaurant "Métis" in Roppongi, while also doing freelance work and offering catering services on Sundays.
