湯浅 克也 シェフ

Born in 1984, they traveled to Italy at the age of 23 and began their culinary journey in Tuscany, working at "Ristorante Il Pino."

 

After their experience in Tuscany, they continued their culinary journey in Sicily, working at establishments such as "Raglieria" and "Villa Sonia," before eventually returning home.

 

As a founding member of Felicce Corporation, they held the position of head chef at Italian restaurants in Ginza, including "Trattoria Da Felicce" and "La Bottega Gai."

 

In 2015, they opened "Italian Regional Cuisine Vecchio Conventino" in Saitama, Japan, specializing in Italian regional dishes.

In 2016, they assumed the role of Representative Director at Cuisine Design Corporation.

In 2017, they opened "Raglieria," specializing in Sicilian cuisine.  

In 2018, they opened "Pan Kobo Il Pinorino," a bakery.

Currently, their primary focus is on bakery operations, and they work as a traveling chef, consultant, and recipe developer.

 

While their specialty is Italian cuisine, they also hold qualifications as a bread artisan and wine expert. They excel in creating Italian regional dishes using vegetables and bread as key components.
