You can enjoy a meal that highlights the ingredients prepared by Chef Abe, also known as the 'Traveling Chef,' who travels all over Japan in search of ingredients.

 

He awakens the highest quality ingredients found in regional areas and unique ingredients that only he can source, using 25 different types of salt for seasoning.

 

Please savor the exceptional quality of the ingredients.

 

The minimum usage fee starts at 33,000 yen (including tax, transportation costs not included).

  • Tableware: You cannot bring your own.(Please prepare it.)
  • Cookware: You can bring your own.
  • Seasoning: You can bring your own.
  • Transportation: Basic transportation by bike (full transportation expenses will be charged).

A full course of local ingredients prepared by the traveling chef, priced at 10,000 yen.

We can tailor the menu based on this course to fit your budget. The minimum order amount is 33,000 yen (including tax), so if you have 6 people, for example, we can accommodate starting from 5,500 yen per person (including tax). Please feel free to inquire and discuss.
