佐々木竜太 シェフ
Born in 1992 in Kanagawa Prefecture, I honed my skills at an Italian restaurant in Tokyo and obtained my J.S.A Sommelier certification at the age of 24. After that, I ventured to Italy, where I spent a total of two years perfecting my craft at Ristorante Cibus in Puglia and Osteria Storica Morelli in Trentino-Alto Adige. Upon my return to Japan, I served as a chef at Osteria Selvagina.
Influenced by the owner-chef's dedication to sourcing natural ingredients, I obtained a hunting license in 2022. At the same establishment, we produce and sell our own cheese, and I am currently responsible for crafting fresh cheese in-house.
I adhere to the principle of "Simplicity with precision" in my culinary approach. I wholeheartedly dedicate myself to providing dishes and experiences that will delight our customers.

Lunch-Only" Short Course: ¥5,000 (For 4 to 8 people)
This is a lunch-only short course. It features freshly made cheeses and dishes prepared with seasonal ingredients, comprising a total of five courses.
This menu is perfect for customers who are new to our catering services or those who want to try it out casually.
