A veteran chef with 18 years of experience in Japanese cuisine. To expand his culinary horizons, he gained expertise in Italian cuisine as well. Currently, he is the owner-chef of the creative cuisine restaurant '和季あいあい.'
His specialty lies in innovative dishes. His skills are so unique and inventive that he has been featured on television programs such as '今ちゃんの「実は•••」' (In Fact, Actually...), making his restaurant a renowned and talked-about establishment.
With experience in catering to retirement homes, he is a chef popular among elderly clientele.
