I dropped out of university and entered the culinary world, becoming independent at the age of 28. My concept is to enjoy French wine and regional cuisine casually. I specialize in French everyday dishes such as charcuterie (processed meats like pâté, terrine, and ham), which I self-taught.

We are a popular establishment recognized in the Michelin Guide 2017 (Nara Special Edition) and on Kansai TV's 'Yo-i Don! Tonari no Ningen Kokuhō' program. We also offer chef-recommended cheeses and wines.
