子ども達がまた小さく、家族の集まりなどお店によってはなかなか外食も難しいので、今回は自宅まで来ていただきました。
初めての利用でどんなものかと不安もありましたが、結果家族一同大満足。
偏食がちな子ども達もめずらしく完食していました。
お料理の内容や味も大満足でしたが、今回お願いした須澤シェフのお人柄も暖かくとても丁寧な方で、安心して自宅のキッチンもお任せできました。
シェフ達が帰られたあと、母は「キッチンが前より綺麗になってる！」と感激しておりました。

作業中もガシャんガシャん大きな音を立てながら準備をし、ドアの開閉時もわざとかのように大きい音を立てていました。
寿司を出し終わった後、赤だしとフルーツをお出ししますね。と言われ赤だしを提供後、待てど待てどもフルーツが出てこない。
シェフのタイミングもあるだろうから敢えて口出さず待っていたところ、そのまま片付け終わり帰ろうとしている様子。え？食後のフルーツは？と聞くとお客様でスイカを召し上がっていたのでいらないのかと思ってました。とのこと。ゲストがいたのでもてなす為に予めカットしていたスイカをテーブルに出しておりましたがそれでも正直理解できないです。こちらのフルーツは無料で提供されているのか分かりませんが自分の口でコースメニューを説明しときながら客とコミュニケーションも取らず勝手な判断でコース料理の一部を提供しない等と非常に残念でした。
当日は小さな子供、90を過ぎた高齢者が参加しており、みんな体力もない中午後10時までフルーツを待ってこの有様でした。(因みに午後4時から準備開始、食事は午後６時スタート)
今まで出張シェフを利用したことはありましたがここまで残念な経験をしたのは初めてでした。
良かった点はお寿司はそれなりに美味しかったです。またガスコンロも使用前より綺麗に磨き上げてくれたところです。 (Show less)
